Selma Lagerlöf (Nobel Prize in Literature, 1909) is the patroness of Residence of Literature, in Sweden, in context the project Sweden Arts Residence.

The Residence of Literature will take place in January - December/15.

Given the availability of logistics organization (accommodation), the writers may reside one (1) month Sweden Arts Residence.

The writers may remain less time, but the minimum will be 15 days.

The organization offers travel and accommodation to guests and writers interested in the initiative.

Expenses paid by artist: food.

It is a private initiative.

We can, however, confirm that the Residence of Literature will feature 4 writers.

While at the residence, the writers will have free time to work (writing, promenade) and just make small meetings and visits local (municipalities, schools).

These meetings are, however, very little (2/3) and depend on the availability and willingness of writers. Meetings may be, also, with writers and Swedish colleagues. The organization leave the consideration of writers the possibility (or not) of these meetings.
